What to Expect as a New Patient

Call to Schedule
New patients must call our office at 214-321-3394 to schedule. We will send you a new patient packet to complete before your first visit.

First Visit: Comprehensive Evaluation
Your first visit is a physical examination and lab appointment. This includes a series of blood tests, an EKG, spirometry test, Sudoscan, ABI testing, urinalysis, and an eye exam. Tests are determined based on your age and health needs.

Second Visit: Meet Your Provider
At your follow-up appointment, you'll meet with Dr. Brancheau or Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Phillips to review your results, discuss your health history, and establish your ongoing care plan.

Office Policies
- Appointments Only — We see patients by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Cancellations — We ask that patients call the office if they are unable to make their appointment so we can reschedule to a time that works better.
- Patient Portal — Existing patients can access the Healow patient portal for limited functionality.

- New patients go through a two-visit intake process. Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation including blood tests, an EKG, spirometry, Sudoscan, ABI testing, urinalysis, and an eye exam. Your second appointment is when you meet with Dr. Brancheau or Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Phillips to review your results and establish your care plan.
- Do I need a referral to see Dr. Brancheau?
- No referral is needed for most insurance plans. However, some HMO plans may require a referral. Contact your insurance provider or call our office to confirm.

- We are located at 9330 Poppy Drive, Suite 503, Dallas, Texas 75218, near White Rock Medical Center in the East Dallas / Lakewood area.
- What are your office hours?
- We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
